    HELP!

    Does anyone know how to:

    1) Remove a partly damaged DRUM PADDLE from a Hoover HNF6167-80. The front part has come loose, but I can’t remove it to fit the replacement as it appears to be held in by a screw that I can’t access?????

    2) Once I have removed the old one – how do I fit the new one??????

    Thank you,

    😥

    break it off

they are screwed on with 2 screws, one is only accesible with the drum out

u can get away with puttin the new one on with one screw, and that has to go on through the hole where the sump hose fits!

not the easiest job in the world, call someone in if your not sure

    hope this helps

Thank you for the advice and thanks Greg for pointing us in the right direction!

We have managed to brake the old Paddle off and the new one has slid/locked into place – pretty securely – without the screw – going to see how this goes for now to save hassle!!!

    Thanks again.

    😀
