my fridge/freezer has power to it and remains on but it seems to slowly defrost or not remain at constant temp . we can overcomme the problem by diconnecting from the mains for a few mins then power back on … we can hear the fan and compressor work to freeze but this only lasts for an hour or so.
The defrost heater also works
