The cooling fan and the control panel light are staying on permanently. The fan motor neutral is supplied from a pcb under the hob rather than a thermostat, so its switch-off appears to be a function of time rather than thermostatically controlled. Is it the board that’s faulty or could one of the simmerstats/thermostats be sending a signal to the board indicating falsely that one of them is still switched on, even though the hotplates/ovens are off? The fluorescent light staying on seems that this might be the case.
Anybody got a circuit diagram? The ceramic hotplate regulators are an unusual type of Diamond H ones that I’ve not seen before.
