    hi this machine was stopping half was through a wash so i fitted new heater and that seemed to fix the prob a week later the machine tripped the switch i went to look and it seemed ok but wont spin pump ok drum turns slow for about 4 mins then all stops and the super wash light flashes i think and ideas please alan

    check the wires to the thermistor, thats common, other than that, it could be a pcb fault

    An error code needs to be established here. Usually when a fault occurs the Start LED and the 1st Option button LED flash together. The trick here is to count the flashes. They repeat every 15 seconds (so for example 2 flashes then a 13 second pause then they flash twice again and so on = Error Code 2)

    Get counting them flashes then let us know…OK? 😉
