The above machine fills to the correct level then washes as normal. After about 10 minutes it starts to fill again eventually bringing up the slow/overfill error.

I have checked the pressure chamber & the pressure switch hose but can’t find any problems.

I haven’t been able to get the machine to do this when I’m there but the customer says this is happening.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the air pressure hose for small cracks or if it has been rubbing anywhere. Failing that you can only change the pressure switch itself.

When checking the pressure chamber I had the sump hose off and filter out which eliminates that as a possibility.

Not necessarily as it’s best advised to take the air chamber right off the sump hose, clean it and replace that pressure hose. The hoses do chaff against the moulded tub retainers after all. 😉
