top led flashing . heater relay it says in the error code list. but customer reported that machine turned itself on when nobody was near it. they then left it unplugged when not in use. I tested it and found an earth fault on the thermistor so replaced it. that was two weeks ago. it now works ok sometimes but it still flashes top led on spin. also part way through the cycle it gets stuck and the second horizontal (prewash) led flashes
any ideas
