What me, its not just my opinion. Its a perfect tool for the company engineers, constantly ( well now and again updated ). for us mere mortals its basically parts and prices identification software that can also be used to order direct from Merloni ( 😆 )

It is a grossly expensive CD rom, needs to be renewed every six to eight months, is riddled with mistakes and compared to the TDS disc from the Lux group which has full tech info for a third of the price is a complete rip off.

It would be easy to blame the Indesit Company for this but it was still a stupid price when it was called FastTrak from Hotpoint.

The hard copy manuals now contain no parts ID and they still have the cheek to charge £15 to £20 for a 10 to 20 page manual for a single model range. :rolls:

Bought a manual from Indesit via Connect, cost near £20.00, when it appeared it was a photo copy stapled together. I would’nt even rate this a rip off, more like stealing.

They do allow you to update on’t ‘tinernet as well, my laptop has no floppy drive so I use the web to update that, or just copy it across via my wireless network. 8)
