    Hi,can anyone help please.
    We have a Sarena sk400x built under double oven.
    The bottom oven wont come on,the timer isnt working but the top oven is working fine.
    What is the problem?
    ps i am not very technical.

    Hi Gerald,

    the clock/timer needs to be set in order for your bottom oven to work (if its flashing its not set) 😉
    try pessing the button marked with an up/down arrow just after you have switched the power to the appliance back on.

    thanks for trying to help Bob.
    I have no lights on at all on the clock/timer and i have plus and minus buttons on the oven.
    I have tried pressing all buttons but cant get the timer to come on.

    Hi Gerald,

    if on power up the clock/timer does not light up and start to flash then its engineer time, click on the engineer link to find one local to you.
