    I have found the fault to be the drain pump as I can manually drain the unit then it will fill and wash but after about 20 mins it stops and leds 1&2 constantly flash….
    I have had a look underneath and I presume its the larger moter on the right-hand side?? but how do you dismantle it???

    Drain pump is the small motor – often has a pink or blue cover on it. Look for where the grey drain hose terminates. It’s a twist fit – undo locking screw first.

    Power off, of course.

    Moved your post to the original thread – chaos will ensue otherwise…..

    Firstly, the machine may have an excess of rinse-aid sloshing about in it. A small dash of fabric conditioner (yes…….) may solve that as it will destroy the surface tension of the foam.

    The polystyrene and the door will not create an airtight seal when refitted, so that is not the problem.

    Try running a couple of rinse only programmes to sluice the machine clear and see if that helps.
