WD61 spinning problems

    Hi,

    Customer says that the machine does not spin at full speed when it comes to spinning.It sometimes does spin properly(3 out of 10 times) but most of the cases it does not.


    Any Ideas?

    Spin speed potentiometer being twiddled with? Motor brushes of course? Blocked sump trap (very likely)? Pump playing up?

    I’d be looking for a partial blockage in press chamber/hose, doesnt need much to cause press sw not to reset for spin, O.O.Balance loads as well.
