    Hi All,

    Our Bosch has developed a fault, it will continue to fill from the prewash compartment, even on non prewash programs, until it overflows from the powder compartment, or it will refuse to fill at all and go through the whole cycle with a bit of water here and there.

    Any ideas?

    Start with the collecting bell on the rear of the drum. Strip and clean with power off.
