    Hello

    I wonder if you could help me please. I have a gas Hygena double oven (model AHY0312) which half way through cooking a meal just stopped working, and although the fan goes on the automatic sparker isn’t working (clicking) any more. We had a gas man round to have a look and as we have a gas supply to our hob and the fan comes on when i turn the knob he thinks that because the automatic sparker isn’t working this is stopping gas coming through. This means we are unable to light it manually as well.

    We are un able to light the oven or the grill.

    Please could you advise us of the problem and the parts we will need to repair it?

    Hi again

    I have just spoken to a retailer who thinks that the problem is the Micro Swich oven Thermostat.

    Please can anyone advise me on this, and whether it is worth while having it fixed.
