Fase…………… If you’ve been to it before, why haven’t you got the model number? If the customer can’t tell MrsP on the phone, the very first thing I do is log the model and serial number, before I start work – then it goes on the computer and I’ve got it for ever.
Push-in motor with a metal clip is an old Zanussi based machine, therefore it’ll be a blue tubes machine; have a read of this:

Motor that pushes in from the back and held in by a metal bracket…… that’ll be the newer type with the IWMS metering unit behind the left side body panel.
Short answer – if it’s blocked – change it. A clean out job is at best a temporary fix. Not worth the time in the long run. 😉HTH,
Steve.

It won’t be airlocked, Fase. The pneumatic safety shut off will have been operated due to the water matrix (IWMS) becoming choked. Have sent you a large file which will explain everything.
