Customer selects any programme and the darn thing pulses, fill and drain continuosly, hold down start button to reset does no good. the next time you try anything pulse and fill. thats all it does Im thinking the module and the call is 35 miles outta my way any help please.

Did one recently where the output hose from the circ pump had split and soaked everything – job BER as a consequence.

Cheers Penguin but machine is dry no leak in this baby, would prefer to find anything broken instead of a blinking green LED that wont reset oor do anything

have got exactly same fault machine pulses on and off
light flash no beep am going to try ntc
was there any end to this fault did you find the answer

Changed the sensor /probe and module to no avail, I was still in the house as she orderded another one from John Lewis. Sorry I can be of no further help.

Hi, When you say pulses, do you means as if the power is going on and off? all things do point to the control board. the NTC can make the machine run a bit funny, but it does sound like the control board. The ntc is a handy part to have on van stock as you can test it before you fit it. Have you counted the flashes? If it doesn’t stop its F1 = NTC. I have yet to fit anything else for F1 and I am a Whirlpool engineer. Personally I would test that the power going into control board wasn’t pulsing as well. Easily done through on/off switch. Uless you plug an NTC in, you won’t know for certain if its a control board. I have a SAM unit and 1st of all i would test with that and reprogram the timer at the same time. By doing that you can find out if there is an eprom error in the board or narrow down a fault. I hope this has helped. cheers Rob
