    Hi! again.
My Indesit wax 120, which was doing the 8 flashes and dial going round, is doing it again. It was OK for a while after removing board, cleaning, checking connections etc. My question is this! The error ALWAYS starts after the first fill of water. When working normally we get a burst of water, a rest (maybe does a tumble, can’t remember), then a burst more water, a rest etc. Does the heater circuit kick in after this first burst of water or could it be something else that is the problem????
I don’t want to stick a new module in and find it wasn’t a heater relay problem!!!
Have also had this happening on all programmes! Does the heater start at the same point in time on all the rpogrammes???
    Cheers 😀

Ok, running three threads to try and solve this is confusing……..

It’s been made pretty clear that the electronics are desparately unreliable. The heater relay is not a spare part from the Indesit Company – it is however a generic electronic component available from the likes of Radio Spares or Maplins. It may solve the problem – it may not, so long as you can wield a soldering iron. Either that or you pony up and buy a new board and eeprom. I wouldn’t…….

Now – you need to make a decision.
