    The machine has completed a full wash and spin cyle but the door catch seems to be broken as it is a bit floppy and the machine will not open.

    1) How can we remove the washload that is inside ?

    2) Is it likely that the catch can be repaired ? it is an elderly machine, but has given excellent efficient service until now.

    probably just the handle thats broken tbh

    it is possible to open it if u pop a screwdriver in the aperture where the handle is, but be careful

    handkles are a bit fiddly to fit, but with a bit of patience ull get there
