    Haven’t been to machine yet but the reported fault is it’s dead, zilch, nothing.

    Is there any known problems on these machines?
    The only other one i’ve seen had a bra underwire stuck in it.

    Any advise will be gratefully received. Plus any technical info would be also welcome.

    ive been to a few ‘dead’ machines, every one has had a fried slug on the module! they seem to be attracted to the live board, no other failures in 2 years of prodution yet

    Had two in the past fortnight reported as dead both needed display cards.

    Thanks for replies.

    This one is the display board as well.

    I must say nice and easy to get to. It was a pleasure not to struggle in getting the board out. I was hoping it was the on/off switch broken on the board unfortunately not! 😥

    I established the machine is still under 1 year old so have advised customer to hunt out receipt or at least give hotpoint a ring.
