    Please help. A few months ago my Whirlpool fridge freezer (ref 8586 15115011 110346018822) stopped making ice, then the control panel started clicking (lights flashing) when dispensing water. Then it started flashing/clicking by itself, to stop this I put it on vacation. Now it’s started again even when set on vacation and after a while the alarm sounds. If you switch vacation off it goes crazy and flashes/clicks like a mad thing.

    Can anyone please advise 🙂

    Numerous postings about these appliances and the fault you have.
    I would imagine replacing the rear board may solve your problem but on rare occasions you may have to change the front panel also. These are not cheap parts so correct diagnosis is required.
    Please feel free to use the engineer link on the left to identify fault and repair correctly if you don’t fancy the gamble. 😉
    Power off first before undertaking any fault finding/repairs :plug:
