Have consulted instruction booklet but although definitions for other flashing combinations of lights are explained, not this one! Your machine has the tube type heater inside the base that is very prone to failure on these Indesit made machines. The only way to be certain is to check the heating element with a meggar or multimeter. No heat can also be a control module fault.
