    Any advise please,

    Machine makes ice cubes that then seem to stick together in one lump and not dispence.

    Freezer temperature -19c, dispencer chute door checked for closing, main door seal ok, no weeping from water inlet valve, water does not over flow from cube tray onto ice.

    Hi

    The ice will clump together if not used due to warm air rising to the top and softening the ice cube which then sticks together.

    Advise the customer to empty the ice bucket weekly to get fresh ice and avoid this problem.
