Now matter how carefully it’s loaded, at the end of the wash cycle, the lower spray arm has always come off. Any suggestions as to why this is and can anything be done about it? Thanks.

You need to replace the spray arm and the hub it connects to. This used to come as a kit, but I can’t find it….. 😳 .
