    Hi

    Hope someone can help!

    Bought a Zanussi DE6854 from a friend secondhand this week but have just discovered that it is not heating the water, can’t see anything obvious. He will give a refund but if it is a simple fix then I might aswell do it. The machine is about 16months old and has been in his garage for around 2 month. I have connected it up to the hot water supply at present so I can at least us it. Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated.
