Our Servis has been sitting broken for a few months but we now got it fixed (it was the door latch that was broken so i dont think much to do with my problem at the moment) now that this is fixed it seems that the drum is filling up with far too much water (now this may be normal and i just havent seen it in a few months so seems like a lot but i don’t think so) and also there is water streaming from the bottom of the detergent dispenser tray during the quick spin cycle. After reading quite a lot it looks like a pipe may have been clogged up since it hasnt been used in a few months and any soap powder may have dried and blocked the pipe (which onei am unsure) but i am not sure why the drum is filling up with so much water. Or i could be absolutely wrong!! Any advice would be appreciated! The machine is almost 3 years old! Thank you!!Re: Servis fills up with too much water and leaks from dispe
hi,
when water goes into the drum air is forced up a tube to the pressure switch, when enough water is in the machine the air pressure operates the pressure switch cutting the water off.
if this tube is blocked it would require more water to send the same air up the tube causing the machine to overfill.
