Were having problems with our dishwasher and hope someone could give some advice. Its about 7 years old and guess what the extended warrenty ended about a week before this started, grrr.

Whenever a full cycle is started everything is fine until it gets to the first empty part. The pump works and empties fine, but it seems to go into fault just before the next part of the cycle. It does empty as I’ve discharged into the sink to check. I’ve also cleaned the sensor (by removing and re-installing).

As soon as the fault occurs the start button flashes with: one long flash, off long and so on. If we press the start button it resets.

Any help wpould really be appreciated. :hmm:

Probable NTC failure – temperature sensor in normal speak. 😉 It’s the little post that sticks up in the sump and is removed from underneath.

Power off and unplug before any inspection. :plug:
