aeg takes 4 hours

aeg washing machine L10500VI, prod 914510109/01
customer says takes 4 hours to complete most cycles but ok on wool or delicates.
water intake is fine, drains fine, only fault i can see at the moment is that the wash pump hose is blocked stopping the water spouting into drum.
it does complete the program without any error codes.
the exploded view dos’nt show a stat fitted to wash pump, which might of upset things.
this is a built in machine and has got the usual short plumbing & flex, which gets lost down the back of the cupboard. string needed to thread it back through etc etc. can’t test it when its pulled out with rear panel off.
any possibles on this fault would be great.
