I have an AEG freezer, 16 years old but still going strong – too strong! – it has decided to get down to lower than -40 C…
It’s an OKO ARCTIS SUPER 3125 GS, serial number 061035041 or E:625570064. Is it simply a new thermostat I need? Is replacement relatively straightforward? Can you supply one if so?
Thanks – at present I’m leaving it running all day and switch it off at night – not ideal!

Hi Dick,
Yes thermostat failed I should think, classic symptom off it.
If you email Dave on spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk he can likely either get the original if it’s still available or advise a suitable replacement hopefully.
