    My whirlpool dishwasher (G2P DWI) is not emptying and is stopping at rinse cycle. The stop button is flashing 4 times. The dishwasher compartment is not opening .Anybody got any ideas?

    Four flashes is drain not detected in the time allowed. You probably have a blockage.

    Power off, bail the machine out as best you can. Drain pump is behind the lower front cover – a few screws to remove and split for access.

    If you’re not confident, use the repairs@ link for a UKW enginer in your area.
