Customer said that it wasent draining and that she had opened the door and the lights were all flashing and beeping constantly, we have removed pump and offending glass, refitted. now machine pumps out then goes dead, ie no volts at valve etc.no flashing lights no beeper plus you cannot,alter any wash progs. many thanks
