I have a problem with a Bosch KGV3120GB fridge freezer, the temperature in both compartments is not low enough. I have changed the module and the light switch without any improvement. I can’t find where the thermistor senses, can’t even see where it fits to the module. Is there some magical way this keeps temperature or am I blind to something.

Have you considered a system problem 😕

    Thanks Simon46,
I have copied the mod instructions and will rebook the call, sounds a simple mod hope it solves the problem, will post the result.
    Thanks again,
    John.

Don’t think the ntc is the problem on this one I’m affraid.

The symptoms for that fault are that it reaches temp and the ntc cuts the motor off then it won’t restart unless the appliance is turned off then on again.

I agree with Greg it sounds like a system fault.

    Re: Bosch fridge/freezer

    Hi.
Well I went to do the MOD today, my top wire was light blue not dark blue, but I carried on and did it, working on the position of the wires instead of colour. It went well the machine ran on “switch on” the back wall of the fridge iced up, so I left with my fingers crossed. thanks for your help.
    John.
