    Does anyone know how to cancell the program, the machine
    has a dial and 3 option buttons.
    The dial has no off /reset positions i tried holding the
    start/pause button in but all it did was put the machine on
    pause i even pulled the plug out for 5 mins.
    In the end i had to tell the customer to let the program
    finish.
