    Neff B1691NOGB/01. FD8006. Single oven.

Called to a fault – no fan oven heat. Fan oven element failed. New one fitted – dead. 😕 Tested – no power at the element. Tried all the other settings and no heat on any element.
I think the electronic thermostat (267855) has failed – any ideas?? It’s a bit pricey ( 😯 ) so I need to be sure.

    Thanks,

    Steve.

Is there not a sensor on this one? wired between control and element.

Could be……do you have power to one side?….I don’t want to send you down the wrong path, but I seem to recall a similar problem solved with a sensor.

Thanks for that!! Now to attempt to answer that question…….
The oven fan works fine, no power at the TOC , no power across the fan element. Meter to neutral on the connection block and tested for a supply at the elements. No power to any of the elements. 😕
Is there a relay responsible for supply to all the elements? I could see three on the PCB.

    Help!!

    Thanks for that Greg!! But……..
Looking at the diagram, the TOC is in line with all the elements, and if that is the one above the fan motor then it is working OK. So it could still be either the temperature probe or the electronic thermostat / selector unit.

    Help!! 😳

    Steve.
