ParticipantHi All,
As you maybe aware we have struck an agreement with Vestel on a new upgraded ISE 5 washing machine.
Those who have seen it all agree that it is much more machine for the same money and were keen to get them as soon as possible.
We were going to unveil it at Sibson and have stock available from the end of April. The reason for this delay was to allow us time to sell through a container of existing stock which we ordered and paid for in November prior to us receiving and testing to prototype of the new 5.
This container should have arrived this week. However, today we were informed that Arcelik have cocked up our order and the machines will now be produced next week arriving in 4/5 weeks time, on that time scale I can get the new 5s instead.
I had to make a snap decision so I took the opportunity to cancel this container get our money back and bring forward the launch of the new 5 to mid March.
This Means;
1. We will be tight for stock for a few weeks but don’t stop selling. Selling 2s and 10s (the 1600 ISE 10s are here and available) would be a massive help but if you need a 5 we will supply until we run out, but please don’t take machines for stock especially towards the end of the month.
2. If you have display machines I will collect them from you over the next few weeks.
3. If you’ve not seen the new machine and are not going to be at Sibson let me know and I come over and show it to you (many of you are on my list for visit within the next few weeks anyway).
4. Sean and Ken will have to get their fingers out writing the Tec manual and producing the training video which will accompany the launch.
5. Ken and I will have to get our fingers out producing the ISE Brochure and leaflets to accompany the launch.
We should be OK for stock but if we do run out for a few days I apologise but I felt it was worth it to get our hands on the new machine as soon as possible. I am sure when you see it you will agree.
Cheers
John
