Hi
I have a Creda W120FW that lately sometimes has problems with unbalanced loads, when it tries to spin the drum bags against the side of the machine. Sometimes so badly it moves the machine. I have checked the springs and shocks but visually all seams to be fine. Do you think the suspension struts have had it and need replacing?

possibly but these were famous for this, could be too bigger load or taking too long to drain, clear exit machine should drain 20-30 seconds

all drain pipes are clear, and water drains in about 25 seconds. never used to be this bad :rolls:

the rubbers on the bottom of the shocks go weak same as the ones on the arms off the tub, u can by this as a kit to replace all

I have found a kit on ther spares section, but it only lists Hotpoint parts not Creda part so I have sent them an email. Thanks for your help.

That machine is 99.9{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} Hotpoint. 😉
