    Customer has a LD14AT1 and the OE fault code is showing (drain time out). Pumping out for five minutes sometimes in short bursts (don’t know this model so don’t know if thats right) then brings up the error.
    The thing is the base is empty so I’m presuming either the board OR whatever the level sensor it has is faulty.
    Are spares for these available here, and /or has anyone else had dealings with them and could shed any light.

    OE IS A Drain error
    Can be A blocked pump/or System blocked
    PuMp Can Also overheat on these units & cut out
    Pump is a Syncro type which you should be Able To source quite easily in UK
    PCBS have also been known to be at Fault ( There was a recall on these in Aust)
    Another thing i would check is the heating/element casing .
    These have a tendency to leak & can also be a cause of the error
