Zanussi D/W… DE540X-911915057-01.
Went to this last week, no heat. Fault traced to PCB as usual, removed PCB and opened it up to confirm relay fault.
Returned this morning to fit new PCB. Taking great care as always I fitted the new PCB, didn’t need to use the new cable tags supplied as the machine is not that old and the old plug came off quite easily.
Switched on, mains neon comes on but nothing else, no lights at all on PCB.
I have gone through every single connection umpteen times, tightened all pins etc, even refitted old PCB and that is now the same. 😕
Unfortunately didn’t have my laptop with TDS with me so will have to return with full wiring diagram.
I have fitted loads of these in the past without any problems, it must be something I have done but I am damned if I can find it. 😳
Anyone had anything similar?

Hi Chris, I’m assuming it’s something stupid like that but the connector at the very end, the one that is usually a pig to get off has two notches that should prevent incorrect fitting, or do you mean the one next to it with the two orange wires to door switch & on/off switch?
If the missus hadn’t wanted to use my laptop I would have had a chance.
Damn Microsoft Vista, she has that on the new laptop I bought her for Christmas but the software package she wanted to use will not run on Vista. 👿
All in all a real ball ache of a morning. 😥
The next call was a Hotpoint CTD85 that keeps throwing up F13 but works fine when I am there. All stats/NTC, heater & wiring are fine so that only leaves the cursed PCB. :rolls:

Nah – I’ve got A1-A2 reversed before now. Diagram in your in-box.
