candy washing machine

    anybody know a fault on a candy washer model unknowen so far. smells of burning and mo motor actions motor checks out ok but the module remco 5010 is kinda suspect. any price on these modules or if they can be repaired?

    Yes, the Remco boards can burn; and the result will generally be no motor action. The motor carbons must be good though. Check for blown solder joints, as these can often be quickly and easily sorted. But if that fails, EMW refurbish these or they can test / repair the old one for you. Give Tony a ring on (01159) 652118.

    gave them a call with the board details but no luck they said its the one board they cannot get the chips to repair it, plus they dont know of anybody els who can fix it.
