Hi all.
I bought one of these on eBay last week and it never came with instructions.
I located the salt chamber ok. However, I don’t know where to put the rinse aid and detergent as there is no chambers.
I did find a little bullet type spout tonight at the back of the washer but unsure as to what it is so left it alone. I’ve also been told to stay away from the big burst/ powerball tabs as too concentrated for a little amount of water. I bought rinse aid and detergent but have no clue as to where to put them!Can someone please help me as my dishes are coming out filthy.

Salt goes into Right hand side of the machine. Rinse Aid goes into the spout at the rear of the machine. The cap is like an old fashioned softner cap if memory serves me correctly & filling area is quite narrow. Don’t recomend the 3 in one thingies!

Hi i had the same problem, i also think mine is not letting in enough water as everything is comming out not washed.

Matsui is an exclusive brand to Dixons Retail (Currys) as they one the brand and there’s no technical information made available to the general trade.
Unless one of the guys knows anything about them or, who actually made the machine, getting help is going to be a struggle I’m afraid. 🙁
