ParticipantHi all, dont know how to describe this but here goes after doing a load today one of the 3 plastic pieces that is attached to the drum that basically moves the washing about etc has broken off i can see where it has come away and obviously it wont attach back on. looks like it clips into place but they are not there any more.
Can these parts be ordered at all?
Not sure if where they attach has broken at all but the drum seems ok where it is supposed to sit. Thanks

KeymasterHi,
There are a few variants depending on model and/or serial number but they are all listed in this section of the shop

Yes they are easy to fit and i think they now come with instructions in the pack as you have to lift a metal tab so it clicks back into place don’t just slide them straight in otherwise it wont hold.
Another thing you have to be careful of is that no clothes or bits of clothes has gone down the hole as it blocks your filter. You can shine a torch into the hole to see the top of filter.Be careful if putting fingers in as the drum is razor sharp there.

maybe also check the filter and drum for coins/foreign objects as these are sometimes the cause of the paddles to break!

Be aware that the coin that broke the clips off the drum will manifest it self again to destoy the new lifters. You need to find the coin. Unplug power before going in.
