ParticipantF&P Smartdrive – excellence 7.5
Model – GW709AUHi,
After browsing this extremely helpful forum (all day) I finally fixed the OOB switch which was stuck in, giving me error 00101011.Both times I have followed the instructions (per your sticky) for diagnostic mode, but no lights actually display at all when i have the hold and slow spin lights on. The error LED display shows up only when I allow the machine to start, it will attempt to fill ( or drain depending on setting) for a few second then stops, repeats a few times then displays error 10000011 (with continual beeping).
I have read this new error to be the rotor position sensor, but would really appreciate any info on how to go about actually checking this? Please?

ParticipantRe: Fixed error 00101011, now have 10000011?
OK,
I manually filled the machine with water, and the machine will empty fine, the only problem seems to be the spin.
It will not agitate at all, during filling with water (hence the short bursts, then error, as the machine does usually agitate during filling) , or during the wash cycle and wont spin at all once water is emptied.I get error msg 10000011 as stated above, and sometimes 10000010.
Can anyone tell me what the second error is?I also read a post on this forum saying someone had successfully cleaned the RPS and fixed their problem, what is the best way to go about this?
There is no way I can currently afford the $110 call out fee.

RPS Sensor located under washerbehind wash motor
Sensor Suffers from corroded terminals
Check for Any signs of Leaking water asthis May be cause of Faulty RPS Sensor .

OK, well checked the RPS, there was only a very tiny amount of corrosion, cleaned it off but the machine still has same problem. Did not see any signs of leaking either.
Is there anything else I can check, or is my only option to replace the part? -
