    Connect have parts listing on mediator but sadly no picture as yet. I can try and help from that. What was it you were looking for?

    Hi

    Connections part no. for the under carriage assy is DYN1237601 which is a special order item. However I have found an exploded diagram on espares which is very good. At least you will be able to identify which parts etc 😉 Dyson DC18 Dyson spares hotline 0800 954 0152.

    didn`t think of looking on e-spares
    i have spoken to the customer and they are happy to wait for it from connections
