    hi this wm74 starts the wash ok but it wont stop clothes come out hot when the machine is stopped pump ok maybe thermister ? any ideas thanks alan

    Sticking on heat is almost always the control unit on these.

    not something silly like the hoses the wrong way round? It will stick on first rinse on synthetic cycle if the appliance does not cool down.
