    fault reported
    no drum action. Found belt off before putting it back on ,check drum and it was as if there was something stopping it turning like a sock or something , I have had this problem before . but this one has got a wellded drum ,the costomer wants it repaired . I have had a look on TDS but I think my currant copy is out of date . can anybody give me a part no for the wellded drum or have you use the split drum as a replacement

    Sorry bad news zanussi have only produced enough welded drums for sales not repairs. So you need both parts of the drum, inner drum, heater, heater bracket and 17 bolts. 🙁 not really a viable repair.

    Check around the edge of the drum usually item gets stuck there. 😀

    HI THANK S FOR YOUR HELP I SPENT MORE TIME THAN I SHOULD TRYING TO FIND THE SO CALLED SOCK AND I ADVISED THE COSTOMER IT WOULD BE BEST TO BUY A NEW WASHER THANKS AGAIN GLEN
