    Customer rang yesterday reported fault as timer finishing before it should. Apparently if she puts the dryer on for 60 minutes it finishes in 15. Have verified with her that the dial start from zero (at the top) and finishes there so it doesn’t sound like a knackered shaft 😳 .

    Going to this on Friday so interesting to see what it could be as I thought it was just a bog standard cog timer.

    its not that strange, timers faulty

    had it a few times

    check that the knobs not broken where it pushes on the shaft
