ParticipantHi, I have a 6-month old Servis M6006 washing machine which is already a replacement unit from Servis as in the original machine the drum split away from the casing.
I have no spin at the end of a cycle. Neither the supplier or manufacturer will warrant it as it is out of the original 12 month warranty period.
I found on the internet that it may be the Minisel control module at fault so removed it and returned it for repair. This was tested and there was no fault found. Upon refit and on a pump and spin cycle only, the spin worked once. I then loaded the machine and put it going but it did not spin.
I have been advised to disconnect the heater element and test it again.
Does anyone else have any opinions on what the fault may be and how to diagnose and repair??
I am a marine electrician so should be able to repair if guided!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks, Aqua1711

Thanks for the reply.
Across the two terminals there is approx 30 ohms.
This metallic unit has an earth, 2 blacks (one to each of the heater terminals?) and 2 blues (from the Minisel module).Does that ohmage sound about right?

Sorry, Belt is tight and does not show any signs of slipping either.
Thanks

Hi, Where is the water level switch? If I can measure its continuity I will be able to let you know. Thanks

I have measured a short circuit (0.6ohms) accross 2 terminals on a round black unit which is fitted into the back of the drum at the bottom.
It made no difference if the drum was full or empty and it still pumped whether it was disconnected or connected.
Is this any help?
Thanks.

Pressure switch is a round unit in the top rear corner with a skinny rubber hose coming from it.
