    Fitted a new board and doorlock too this m/c as it had blown on the board were the doorlock plug joins the module. I have fitted new board and doorlock, the m/c has done a weeks washing and has blown the board again in the same place…..

    I checked the loom and motor and that seems ok! Anyone else come across this before?

    Had simular fault on a hotpoint ,water was splashing onto interlock via small split in door gasket ,but no sign of water on floor. worth a check!

    Look again ! Slits in the door seal common, loom chaffing common

    From memory is this the one with the white wiring going to motor if so check the wiring by the concrete weight underneath as it has a habit of cutting though there. 🙂

    Also check motor plug for carbon dust build up will cause short
