    Hi,
    I have to go and look at a AEG cooker (built in) next Tues. The customer
    says that the bottom (small) oven doesn’t work at all. He says the fan doesn’t work, no heat, also the oven light not working either. Top oven works fine.
    I haven’t come across this before and just wondered if someone could come up with a suggestion or solution so that I might be able to fix it when I go there on Tuesday.
    Product number 944171318 Only 2 years old.

    This model has a rotary switch with lots of terminals on it 5045170618919 @connect. Could be that.

    Thankyou for your reply and suggestion Mike.
    On Monday the customer phoned and told me they’ve suddenly realized the cooker has an extended warranty. So we’ll never know.
