    Hoover HW6316MUK 31000480 0449 7843

    Can anyone help with this please?

    I require a door latch (plastic hook) for this model, this machine is “remote opening”

    The wholesalers and Hoover say that this is part no 09200565 But this comes as a door handle kit for machines that open by a handle on the door.

    Part is 97924201.

    Both these part numbers come up as the same part , both wrong 😕
    the latch pecker required does not have a hole through it and is made of plastic 😕

    Catch/hook is 97924201……..

    Thanks guys 😉 What have I got? it looks like I am going to have to get a photo of this part 😥 the one on the machine does not have a hole in it, has no spring and pin and is held to the door inner by a metal plate and two screws.

    Just an update so as no one gets the problem finding this part again 😉

    Hoover/Gias have finally admitted their records are wrong for this part, 👿 and so will everyone else’s 🙁

    The correct part no for the latch kit is 97920326
