    Hi all
Question for you, our beko dishwasher has started to not drain. When you turn it on it should do a drain cycle then fill, however all it does is sit there for a bit then start the fill cycle. There is no noise during the initial phase so I assume the pump is not running at all, I have cleaned all the filters and manually drained as much water as I can. By removing the drain pipe from the sink end I can drain the water out by leaving it outside the kitchen door, lower than the machine so I just think gravity is doing this for me, not the machine itself! Where do I start looking for problems and where do I get spares if needed?
    Thanks
    Mark

Blocked at least – access to pump requires base panel to be removed. If the pump has actually failed, spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply a suitable replacement.

Power off if you plan to do this yourself.
