    Hi Guys,

    This dishwasher was looked at by another engineer a week before christmas. despite several reminders and requests he has not been back to fit the part he ordered, which according to the punter was “a valve”.
    Feeling sorry for her I looked at it today. It seems to get stuck in pump mode. I was able to cancel the prog and get it into diagnostic mode, which it went through fine until it pumped out and then it got stuck. The customer indicated that the d/w used to make a chattering noise (relay?)
    before this fault occurred. with this in mind I thought a first that the module was stuffed, but then thinking about it I considered that it could be the pressure switch gismo not releasing. What do the experts think?.
    There are no fault codes displayed.

    Chattering relay is always a board fault. Unfortunately, it’s often caused by water spraying around underneath – check the circulation pump carefully.
