    Hi,
    my dishwasher is playing up 🙁
    When it comes to rinse it beeps continuously and doesn’t seem to have any water inside. The dishes have been washed but not rinsed (so aren’t properly clean) and the beeping carries on until you clear the programme. It sounds as if the motor is still going but no water, just the irritating beeping sound.
    I’ve cleaned EVERYTHING out, filters etc, but nada.
    Any ideas what it could be or what I could do ❓

    ADG7560?

    When it starts beeping, open the door and count the pattern of the flashing start lamp.

    Thanks for your quick response!!
    Just counted and it’s flashing 6 times…hope that doesn’t mean it’s a HUGE problem!!!!!

    OK, one more time…….

    Remove the filters and look into the sump. At the 3 o’clock position there is a black plastic grid – this is the water level sensor. The area behind the grid will be full of congealed fat, jamming the operation. You may hit lucky and an old toothbrush and plenty of hot water will let you scrub the device clean. If not, it’s a twist fit from underneath and then you can really get to work on it. Power off if you have to go that far.

    It may be worth removing the filters and gently cleaning the Water Indicator (round unit with honeycomb effect) at the 3 o clock position in the sump recess, with a toothbrush 😀

    A old washing up liquid bottle filled with hot water will usually blast it clean 😉

    OK…now it’s flashing 7 times as well as 6 times…it can’t seem to make up it’s mind.

    I presume you have managed to clear the blockage? if so try a reset, hold down extreme right button for several seconds until it clears then start a rinse prog. as normal and see if it will run, if it fails again count the flashes 🙂

    Hi,
    my husband has taken off the side panel and made sure there are no blockages etc and cleaned the contacts. It went through one cycle last night no problems but is beeping again this morning. It’s flashing 7 times now.
    Any ideas/advice would be greatly appreciated…this is driving us nuts!!!

    7 flashes is the flow meter problem. Flow meter is in the fill chamber under the left hand cover. Problem is often oxidisation of the contacts on the small pcb; however, the impellor and reed switch can play up as well. Start with the connectors, if no joy, you’ll need the fill matrix.

    Took the side off and cleaned the contacts with some sandpaper. It worked a couple of times then played up again. Repeated the process and it seems much happier now…fingers crossed! Anyway, just wanted to say a massive thank you to you guys. You’re total legends. Wouldn’t have known where to start without your advice. Cheers,
